Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days of a verified request and send you confirmation by email.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile and authentication credentials
• All health metrics and fitness data synced to our servers
• Conversation history stored in the cloud
• Beta registration information
• Analytics events linked to your user ID

What is retained

• Aggregated, anonymized analytics (your individual record is deleted; aggregate metrics are retained for product improvement)
• Records required by law (e.g., financial records if you made a purchase — retained for legally required periods)

Data stored on your device

Data stored locally on your iPhone (Apple Health data, cached conversations) must be deleted manually by removing the Taylor app from your device. Our deletion request covers server-side data only.
