Life Altering Corp is committed to making Taylor accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement covers both the lifealteringtaylor.com website and the Taylor iOS application.

Our Commitment

We aim for conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA across all our digital products. We believe accessibility is not a compliance checkbox — it is a core quality standard.

Measures We Have Taken

• Semantic HTML5 elements throughout all pages
• Keyboard navigability: all interactive elements reachable and operable via keyboard
• ARIA landmarks and labels on non-semantic elements
• Focus indicators: visible focus rings on all interactive elements (color: coral, 2px offset)
• Color contrast: all text meets 4.5:1 minimum contrast ratio against backgrounds
• No content conveyed by color alone
• Images include meaningful alt text; decorative images use alt=""
• Form fields use associated <label> elements with required markers
• Error messages are programmatically associated with their fields via aria-describedby
• No auto-playing audio or video
• Text is resizable up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
• Responsive layout works at viewport widths from 320px to 2560px

Known Limitations

We are actively working on the following:

• Some third-party embedded content (TestFlight previews) may not be fully accessible
• PDF documents linked from legal pages may not be screen-reader optimized

iOS App — Taylor

The iOS app is built with SwiftUI and follows Apple's Human Interface Guidelines for accessibility:

• VoiceOver: All UI elements include accessibility labels and hints
• Dynamic Type: Text scales with the system font size up to Accessibility Extra Large
• Reduce Motion: Animations are suppressed when the system "Reduce Motion" preference is enabled
• High Contrast: UI adapts to the system High Contrast accessibility setting
• Sufficient Touch Targets: All interactive elements meet the 44×44pt minimum touch target size

This website is built with:

• Next.js 14 App Router (server components + progressive enhancement)
• Tailwind CSS with semantic color tokens
• Radix UI primitives for interactive components (built with accessibility by design)
• eslint-plugin-jsx-a11y in our linting configuration

Conformance Status

We have conducted internal accessibility audits. Third-party professional audits are planned as the product scales. We will update this statement following each audit cycle.
